Mati Staniszewski is the co-founder and CEO of ElevenLabs, a voice AI research and product company building tools for text-to-speech, dubbing, voice agents, and AI-generated audio. Raised in Poland, he co-founded ElevenLabs with childhood friend Piotr Dąbkowski in 2022 after seeing an opportunity to make audio content more natural, multilingual, and accessible. Before ElevenLabs, Mati worked as a Deployment Strategist at Palantir and held product roles at BlackRock and Opera Software. He studied mathematics at Imperial College London and joined Klarna Group PLC’s board of directors in 2025.
