
Piotr Dąbkowski is the co-founder and CTO / research leader of ElevenLabs, the AI audio company building text-to-speech, voice cloning, dubbing, speech-to-text, and conversational audio products. At ElevenLabs, he leads research and engineering teams developing advanced AI audio models. Before co-founding the company, Piotr worked on machine learning at Google and studied for an MPhil at the University of Cambridge, where he published AI research at NeurIPS. He co-founded ElevenLabs with fellow Polish founder Mati Staniszewski after seeing how poor dubbing limited access to global media.
