Akshay combines deep product-building experience, founder empathy, and operating scale: he built Pulse from a Stanford project into a major consumer app acquired by LinkedIn, then helped scale LinkedIn products before joining Notion early and shaping it into a category-defining AI workspace. That background fits Notion’s market at the intersection of product-led growth, knowledge work, collaboration, AI, and enterprise SaaS.
