
Ivan Zhao is the co-founder and CEO of Notion, where he leads the company’s long-running mission to make software toolmaking ubiquitous. A product- and design-centric founder, Zhao helped build Notion from an early “LEGO for software” vision into a widely used AI workspace for docs, wikis, projects, databases, search, and agents. Before Notion, he worked in product at Inkling and studied cognitive science and fine arts at the University of British Columbia.
